📋 Description
• Greet and assist customers, ensuring high-quality advice and their well-being • Advise customers using your aesthetic/cosmetic expertise • Take part in cashier operations and process customer payments • Contribute to store upkeep: cleanliness, restocking shelves, and merchandising • Provide specific guidance to customers on essential oils • Continuously train on the full range of Aroma-Zone products
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma in aesthetics/cosmetics (CAP, BTS, etc.) • Minimum 2 years’ experience advising customers in a high-traffic retail environment • Strong knowledge of natural cosmetics and plant extracts • Ideally experienced with essential oils • A qualification in naturopathy is a plus
