📋 Description

• Welcome, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone product range • Advise on cosmetics and organic products • Ensure customer satisfaction • Coordinate the launches of new products • Ensure the safety of property and people within the department • Provide customers with informational materials and in-store demonstrations • Take part in shop opening and closing operations • Represent the company to the press and media when required

🎯 Requirements

• Holder of a Naturopath diploma • Strong expertise in essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts • Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products (diffusers) • Passionate about retail sales and customer advising • Excellent customer relations skills • Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and precise • High standards of cleanliness and customer reception • Fluent in French • Good spoken English • Proficient in wellness massage techniques
