📋 Description

• Greet, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone haircare range • Ensure customer satisfaction • Participate in till operations and customer checkouts • Contribute to store upkeep: cleanliness, restocking, merchandising • Continuously train on the full Aroma-Zone product range • Share product knowledge with the team • Lead DIY (homemade) cosmetics workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Background in hairdressing • Strong knowledge of haircare products and treatment techniques • Ability to present technical information clearly • Ability to identify customer needs • Enjoys retail sales and in-store customer advising • Autonomous and proactive with initiative • Meticulous and quality-oriented • High standards for cleanliness and organization • Native or fluent French • Good spoken English is a plus
