📋 Description

• Ensure customer satisfaction: welcome, assist, identify needs and provide advice • Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetic kits and DIY cosmetic formulations • Coordinate new product launches in collaboration with the development teams • Maintain quality of advice by continuing to learn and share knowledge • Perform transaction recording and payment processing • Ensure customer comfort and handle customer disputes • Ensure cash register accuracy • Suggest complementary products to customers based on their purchases • Assist with stocking, shelving, cleaning, setting up in-store events and window displays • Monitor commercial indicators provided by your manager

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or certification in Cosmetics/Esthetics • Strong knowledge of natural cosmetics and botanical extracts, as well as skin science • Good knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts, including their properties, risks, safety precautions and cosmetic applications • Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products • Commitment to continuous learning: ongoing training on products, natural ingredients and essential oils • Master commercial techniques: reception, advising, selling and customer retention • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations • Knowledge of operating procedures and processes for sales entry and cash handling • Familiarity with the store layout
