📋 Description

• Support clients across the alternative investment industry, including hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices • Provide strategic, project-based leadership across investment strategy, portfolio construction, risk management, and asset allocation • Lead manager selection, investment due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of underlying positions • Establish risk management frameworks and performance measurement standards

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience leading investment strategy, portfolio management, or capital allocation within hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices, or institutional asset managers • Deep understanding of multi-asset portfolio construction, risk management, and manager selection • Proven track record of delivering risk-adjusted returns and executing investment decisions with measurable impact • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including investment committee and LP engagement • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic markets
