📋 Description
• Arootah engages a curated network of senior operators to support clients across the alternative investment industry. • Advisors are deployed on project-based engagements when client needs match their expertise. • Joining the network does not guarantee placement; it provides access to opportunities as they arise.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 10+ years of prior work experience, specifically as a Head Trader or Director of Trading for an Alternative Asset Firm or Family Office with high order flow. • In-depth understanding of various global markets, exchanges, and regulatory environments; a strong understanding of risk management and escalation. • Prior familiarity with compliance and risk management policies regarding best execution and fair allocation practices. • Demonstrated knowledge of conventional or proprietary OMS, EMS, and TCA research is essential. • Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Demonstrated knowledge of statistics/econometrics and experience working with large data sets (3rd party and proprietary).
