• Unwavering commitment to ensuring client satisfaction • Proficient at building and sustain high-touch exceptional client relationships with ESI and portfolio clients • Strong proficiency and knowledge of the eDiscovery workflows and technologies • Capable to evaluate client needs and effectively solution to exceed expectations • High aptitude with database programs, text editors, and review platforms • Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing and working knowledge of various Relativity features • Excellent at managing multiple tasks with strong follow-through • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills • Availability to work extended hours and on a flexible schedule as needed • Proven ability to thrive in a team-based environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
