📋 Description

• Contribute to short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals • Participate in roadmap discussions and facilitate conversations between product, technology, and commercial stakeholders • Oversee staffing and resource allocation to support teams, meet deadlines, and deliver business priorities • Design, implement, and standardize processes to improve efficiency and scalability across teams and locations • Drive adoption and optimization of SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and other digital platforms • Connect Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure seamless initiative delivery • Present operational updates and options to senior management to support decision-making and alignment • Foster accountability, adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Systems thinking and strategic insight; ability to understand dependencies and bridge product, technology, and business functions • Ability to quickly learn new products and features, understand critical deliverables, and optimize delivery processes • Previous release and/or project management experience preferred but not essential • Resource planning and staffing experience preferred but not essential • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Experience working directly with senior leadership and driving cross-functional decision-making • Resilience and adaptability in fast-changing environments • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach to anticipating and addressing operational challenges
