📋 Description
• Analyse market trends, customer performance and mobility industry insights. • Research competitors and market developments using modern AI tools. • Support Account Managers with commercial insights and growth opportunities. • Monitor customer contracts, renewals, billing and revenue forecasts. • Analyse transaction data across parking, charging, fuel and tolling products. • Improve CRM data quality, reporting and pipeline visibility. • Produce regular commercial reporting to support business decision
🎯 Requirements
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience interpreting large datasets. • Experience using AI tools and modern analytics solutions to improve research, reporting and workflows. • Experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar analytical role. • Strong Excel skills and experience working with CRM platforms. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to business stakeholders. • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
