📋 Description

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support via email, telephone, and live chat to global customers • Provide technical support through remote sessions • Deliver technical support services and investigate issues • Resolve escalated support incidents from customers and partners • Replicate customer configurations to troubleshoot complex errors • Progress simultaneous high-profile and high-priority issues • Develop and maintain technical skills in selected products • Undertake training to achieve and maintain accreditation in selected products • Support software and hardware solutions including firewalls, antivirus, web filtering, virtual infrastructures, and network traffic load balancers

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, related protocols, network environments, and topologies • Thorough understanding of networking protocols • Experience administering, installing, and troubleshooting Windows or Linux-based devices and networks • Excellent telephone and written communication skills • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal • Proficiency in Spanish • Passion for networking, security, Linux, and technical subjects • Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies • Commitment to rapid skills development
