📋 Description

• Own the entire life cycle of a consulting engagement, leading day-to-day work and managing teams of 1-6 • Support in proposal development and participate in final business development meetings • Identify client strategic issues, develop hypotheses, and communicate them to clients and case team members • Create and maintain project team work plans including data-driven analyses and deliver recommendations • Ensure client deliverables are aligned, high-quality, and timely • Manage teams: coach team members, assign high-value work, lead day-to-day work, and review deliverables • Build trustworthy, transparent relationships with senior executives and key client contacts • Facilitate client engagement: organise client meetings and workshops, make decisions with clients, and transition recommendations or implementation plans • Identify opportunities for additional client work

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Consulting experience, ideally from a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) • Track record of coaching clients to measurable outcomes • Track record of coaching case teams (or sideways managing / informally influencing others) to measurable outcomes • Demonstrated skills in project management, ideally in a “case team” or “client service” type of environment • Demonstrated skills in effective communication, including ability to build senior client relationships and effective case team relationships • Commitment to producing high-quality, client-ready work, on tight timelines • Orientation toward being a proactive, curious team member • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree preferred
