📋 Description

• Own the entire life cycle of a consulting engagement, leading day-to-day work • Manage teams of 1-3 members • Build trustworthy relationships with senior executives and key contacts • Identify opportunities for additional client work

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Consulting experience from a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or in-house strategy/operations experience • Track record of coaching clients to measurable outcomes required • Track record of coaching case teams (or sideways managing/informally influencing others) to measurable outcomes also required • Demonstrated skills in project management required • Demonstrated skills in effective communication • Commitment to producing high-quality, client-ready work, on tight timelines • Orientation towards being a proactive, curious team member • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required
