📋 Description

• Design the compliance architecture underpinning guidance produced through engagement • Build a structured methodology for evaluating worker classification • Develop compliance guidance for transactions with pre-existing commercial relationships • Address legal dimensions of deferred workforce integration • Integrate workforce transfer law requirements across jurisdictions • Review guidance materials for legal accuracy and applicability

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in employment law and workforce compliance • Hands-on experience with worker classification analysis • Working knowledge of statutory workforce transfer protections • Track record of developing compliance frameworks and written guidance • Experience advising organizations on compliance risks involving non-employee workers
