📋 Description

• Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics • Software Engineers design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software to meet business and customer needs • Develop features and capabilities for end users and configure/customize vendor-provided packaged software • Sr. SAP Integration developer and technical thought leader: lead projects using SAP PO and Cloud integration tools throughout complete lifecycle • Architect and build application integration solutions and understand integration patterns and best practices for creating integration ABAP objects • Analyze ABAP code objects, complex business processes, and create technical requirements and specifications for SAP work streams • Configure SAP Web Services and ALE distribution models and lead offshore development teams • Prepare technical documentation, participate in production support, and adhere to Quality System Procedure and Change Control • Lead design for full stack development, mentor lower-level engineers, implement CI/CD improvements, and monitor applications for availability and performance improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science or related field preferred) • 5 years of experience with SAP PI/PO and ABAP required • 3 years of experience configuring and using PO 7.4 or higher (Java Stack) required • 2 years of full life cycle SAP implementations required • Experience in user exit enhancements, iDocs, oData, BADIs and BAPIs • Strong understanding of all components of PO including System Landscape Directory, Integration Repository, mapping and adapter objects • At least 1 year of experience with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud PI on Business Technology Platform • Experience developing software using Waterfall and Agile methodologies preferred • Experience in one or more programming languages and professional development tooling • Familiarity with continuous integration and CI/CD improvements • Experience building APIs for internal and external products • Experience developing applications that interface with major ERPs is preferred • JavaScript or Groovy experience is a plus • Any of the following certifications are a plus: HANA, Java, SAP PO, CPI • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation • Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus
