• Responsible for Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) • Manage end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process for assigned verticals • Consult with business stakeholders to facilitate review of contract scope, terms, service levels, and pricing • Perform initial review, analysis, redline, and negotiation of contracts • Ensure financial data for purchase requests are accurately accounted for within budget • Negotiate contracts to meet stakeholder objectives while achieving maximum overall cost-effectiveness • Participate in and support the evaluation of vendors through the Vendor Scorecard Process • Manage Contract Lifecycle Management and supporting documents of vendor agreements in Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of relevant work experience required • SME in use of SAP and Apttus • Ability to independently manage and resolve vendor disputes • Strong sense of the practical application of contract principles • Ability to convey principles with clarity
