📋 Description

• Monitor and support critical production systems in a 24x7 NOC environment • Perform production support and application/infrastructure monitoring • Triage and escalate incidents • Participate in or coordinate major incident bridges • Analyze logs and monitoring data across multiple systems • Correlate information from enterprise monitoring and alerting platforms • Support cloud, application, infrastructure, and network operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience • Experience in a 24x7 NOC, operations, production support, or similar environment • Experience monitoring critical production systems • Experience with incident triage and escalation • Experience participating in or coordinating major incident bridges • Cloud technology experience; GCP/GKE preferred • Application and infrastructure monitoring experience • Experience working with logs and monitoring data • Understanding of basic application, infrastructure, and network concepts • Ability to correlate information across multiple monitoring systems • Experience with enterprise alerting and monitoring platforms • NOC 24x7 operations • Production Support • Cloud Technologies: GCP or GKE preferred; AWS or Azure considered • AppDynamics or similar APM platforms • Splunk or similar log-management platforms • SolarWinds or similar infrastructure/network monitoring • Jira / Jira Service Management • OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call platforms • Kubernetes • Availability for 11:15pm–7:15am EST schedule • Notice period of 15–20 days or immediate availability
