📋 Description

• Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives and directors at health insurance companies • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and translating them into value-generation opportunities • Lead strategic opportunities end to end, from origination through contract signing • Build and present business cases demonstrating the impact and return on investment of Arvo’s value proposition • Lead strategic and complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders • Manage account relationships and results post-sale • Identify and close expansion opportunities, including scope expansion, upselling, and cross-selling • Develop strategic account plans to drive growth for each client • Coordinate Pre-Sales, Results Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams • Bring market and customer insights to guide commercial strategy and the product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consultative/complex B2B sales or consulting (strategy, management, or business), with a focus on sales or account development • Proven experience managing relationships with C-level executives and leading strategic negotiations • Ability to structure business cases and clearly and convincingly articulate business value • Strategic account-management perspective, with a track record of expanding customer relationships and revenue • Excellent communication, executive presence, and ability to influence multiple stakeholders • Autonomy and an ownership mindset in managing your own opportunities and accounts • Availability for in-person client meetings and participation in industry events, including travel as needed • Knowledge of the supplementary health insurance market, especially health insurance companies and its specific characteristics • Established network of relationships with healthcare industry executives • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Machine Learning, LLMs, Computer Vision) and its application to business
