📋 Description

• Manage internship vacancies end to end, from profile alignment through closing the opportunity • Liaise with and follow up with hiring managers, ensuring alignment, feedback, and adherence to deadlines • Search for candidates in the database and maintain contact with candidates throughout the process • Monitor emails, systems, and vacancy-related trackers on a daily basis • Analyze processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement • Propose strategic solutions to challenges related to candidate attraction, selection, and vacancy closure • Support the reporting of vacancy information and status updates to the client’s HR team • Keep trackers and systems up to date, ensuring traceability of all activities • Partner with leadership by providing analyses, key areas of attention, and recommendations • Apply knowledge of the market and Generation Z behavior to support candidate attraction and engagement strategies
