📋 Description

• Lead the assisted expansion/rollout of the product with new health plans and providers • Lead the Copilot operational engine within each client, with daily interaction with health plan auditors, providers, and the billing team • Assess the effectiveness of the AI in Copilot • Facilitate technical discussion sessions with clients • Identify opportunities for new AI-driven capabilities • Translate day-to-day audit pain points into the product roadmap, helping to evolve strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a health-related field • Experience in on-site auditing • Experience querying and working with SQL and NoSQL databases • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders • Nurse auditor with on-site audit experience • Interest in technology/AI and a desire to influence product development • Advantage: residing in Rio de Janeiro
