📋 Description

• Architecture Leadership: Guide the design and evolution of the Audit Copilot platform, ensuring scalability, security, and traceability across the ecosystem. • Cross-Team Impact: Operate beyond your own team, identifying dependencies, mitigating technical risks, and ensuring integrations with Data teams are smooth and high-performing. • Operational Excellence: Define and uphold reliability standards (SLOs) and observability, turning incident learnings into systemic improvements to reduce toil. • Mentorship and Culture: Raise Arvo's technical bar by mentoring engineers, driving rigorous design reviews, and promoting best practices (TDD, CI/CD, Clean Architecture). • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Product to refine the technical scope of ambiguous initiatives, balancing trade-offs between delivery speed and technical debt.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in computer engineering or computer science, or equivalent practical experience in these areas • Strong experience building distributed systems • Knowledge of architectural patterns and coding best practices such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, Layered Architecture, etc. • Experience with a cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.) • Experience with relational (Postgres) and non-relational (Redis) databases • Use of AI tools and agents (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, LLMs for automation) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation
