📋 Description
• Works on the implementation of digital platforms in schools, delivering a variety of professional development initiatives both synchronously and asynchronously • Develops and refines pedagogical proposals for partner schools • Supports schools’ journeys by designing interventions for teachers and students with a focus on engagement • Acts as a specialized presence in Education, Technology, and Learning to address schools’ needs, with attention to specific school segments • Monitors usage metrics (activation and engagement) related to schools, focusing on how our pedagogical initiatives impact schools and the relevance of that impact to Árvore’s outcomes • Conducts visits and travel to strengthen relationships with schools, applying pedagogical practices across all school segments.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Languages, Language Studies, or a related field • Classroom experience • Broad knowledge of the education sector • Experience in teacher training preferred • Preferably experience implementing technology in the classroom • Full-time availability
