📋 Description

• Continually test products and provide accurate insight into the user experience • Perform repeated path and exploratory testing • Attend to detail to find and reproduce problems consistently • Communicate clearly with development team about causes and solutions • Organize and create test cases, checklists, and regression tests • Proactively find new ways to discover problems and prevent regressions • Carry out tests based on checklists and document all bugs in a database • Help raise product quality across multiple prototypes to the final product • Report appropriate issues at each stage and help keep product consistency • Guide user testing, conduct interviews and surveys to find root causes of issues • Iterate and prototype on immersive and narrative-driven XR experiences in a multidisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

• Being able to use VR for hours with no (or minimal) illness or adverse effects • Basic experience playing video games for long periods of time • Be able to communicate in English (reading, writing and speaking) • Self-motivated, positive attitude and genuine team player • Problem solver willing to experiment and learn • Knowledge of good accessibility practices for inclusion in the testing routine (good to have) • Some experience helping online gamers or customer support (good to have) • Some knowledge of agile methodologies (good to have) • Familiarity with Google G Suite, Monday, Slack and Github (good to have) • Previous knowledge or experience with VR and AR content preferred • Experience with game development • Passion for games, film, TV, art, animation, electronics, RPGs, theater and narrative experiences is a plus
