• Support strategy and operations for the Locums program with Ascension • Provide Program Management support, focusing on Vendor Management (VMS), including oversight of the Locum Tenens Life Cycle • Provide technical oversight with systems to overcome any obstacles • Manage contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and assist in achieving enterprise standardization • Deliver financial reporting & data analytics to stakeholders along with presentations • Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive process and program optimization • Lead change management while driving process improvement and operational efficiency • Provide oversight with Managed Service Agreements (MSA)
• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • 3-5 years of Locums experience strongly preferred • Experience working with Locums through a large, complex health care system strongly preferred • Expertise with a Vendor Management System strongly preferred • Technical Proficiency is a must.
