📋 Description

• Overall responsible leader for 'Enterprise Solution Architecture’ • Designing the solution architecture for large Enterprise wide programs and initiatives across Ascension Technologies • Managing a team of Enterprise solution architects • Identifying and designing holistic technology solutions to enterprise grade business problems • Collaborating across the organization and in tandem with key sponsors, business leaders, program leaders, architects and delivery leads • Setting project teams up for success with a strong technical structure and providing guidance if issues present that deviate from the solution principles • Evaluating the backlog of work and recommending the technical sequencing of future work • Working across COTS products, infrastructure, data, internal product development, integration, security and AI as needed per assigned solution work

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. • 10 or more years of architecture experience; experience working in a large global IT environment strongly preferred • Five or more years experience in an information technology discipline with increasing responsibility • Healthcare IT experience is highly preferred, ideally encompassing a broad range of business areas, care delivery settings, including related processes, integration and solution exposure. • Product Model and Agile experience preferred (at scale) • Familiarity with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and architecture modeling tools (e.g. Abacus, IBIS, Orbus iServer, MEGA, LeanIX, etc.)
