• Analyzing census information and completing nondiscrimination testing • Performing various compliance testing and ensuring adherence to IRS and plan limits • Preparing Form 5500 and other required government filings • Providing support to internal and external partners for compliance testing and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of department processes, procedures, and standards • Ability to learn and perform advanced annual nondiscrimination testing • Experience with Form 5500 reporting • Analytic skills for compliance nondiscrimination testing and reporting
