📋 Description

• Integrate Ascom solutions into customers' IT environments • Implement customer projects in telecommunications and network infrastructure, personal safety systems, server installations and software applications • Design, plan and support customers during commissioning and operation of Ascom platforms and solutions • Support and advise customers on connecting process systems and applications • Integrate applications to optimize alarm management • Configure IT systems and software solutions to customer-specific requirements • Work closely with Sales, Solution Design, Workflow Consultants, Project Managers and other departments to deliver end-to-end implementation of complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in IT / Computer Science (e.g., IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist, technician) or equivalent • Relevant professional experience in the IT or telecommunications sector • Strong knowledge of communication systems, endpoints and smart devices • Good IT skills • Experience with Windows hardware, software and application installations • Confident handling of network and VoIP applications • Knowledge of communication applications desirable • Experience with telecom systems from vendors such as Avaya, Siemens, Alcatel, Innovaphone, Mitel or Detewe is an advantage • Familiarity with alarm server applications as well as nurse call and fire alarm systems is a plus • Confident communication in German and English with global functions and customers • Valid driving license
