📋 Description

• Work on challenging design problems and improve others' designs by expanding and enhancing the in-house design system. • Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers. • Redesign mobile web apps and implement design systems based on customer feedback. • Build flexible and composable components in the design system. • Improve information hierarchy and scannability of candidate assessments for better recruiter experience.

🎯 Requirements

• no more than 2 years of industry experience as a designer or engineer. • you should have personal or professional projects showcasing great visual taste and burgeoning talent in both UI/UX and Engineering. • The role expects you to design and code not just be a Frontend Engineer with new branding, nor just a Designer. • You need to demonstrate excellent taste and execution in visual design. • You must be able to ship fast and iterate over time based on user feedback.
