📋 Description

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers • Work directly with Strategic, predominantly Enterprise, customers • Develop and execute implementation plans • Ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value • Help customers get up and running swiftly with Ashby and achieve desired outcomes • Manage multiple complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently • Define work, align stakeholders, communicate project plans, and deliver results • Keep teams on track and ensure milestones are met • Serve as the customer’s proactive guide and advocate throughout implementation • Navigate change management and help customers adapt to new systems and approaches • Advise customers on software usage best practices • Identify thematic customer opportunities and improve processes • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success • Coach customers and help them grow

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and executing several complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization • Ability to define work, align stakeholders, communicate project plans, and deliver results against agreed expectations • Ability to keep teams on track and ensure milestones are met • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting • Ability to travel less than 10% as needed for strategic customer engagements • Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products and their technical intricacies • Experience with platforms featuring multi-step workflows, several core workflows, and integrations with other systems • Ashby or ATS experience is a plus, not required • Experience navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems and approaches • Ability to advise customers on software-specific best practices • Ability to proactively address customer opportunities and improve processes • Ability to collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Clear communication and ability to distill complex concepts into simple themes • Strong listening and customer advocacy skills • Problem-solving ability with complex challenges • Process and workflow improvement orientation • Detail-oriented and technically proficient • Data-driven approach using metrics and analytics • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Ability and enthusiasm to coach customers • At least 2 years of experience owning implementations for a complex SaaS product
