• Connect with qualified leads who are already booked into your calendar by our appointment setters • Lead 1-on-1 discovery and decision calls with small business owners • Guide prospects through a clear, value-based sales process focused on impact, not pressure • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth client handoff and onboarding • Keep CRM records and daily sales activity updated and accurate • Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions to improve skills and close rates • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with integrity and consistency
• 2+ years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales • A love for working with entrepreneurs and understanding their challenges • You’ve read (or are familiar with) Profit First , Built to Sell , or Traction • You’re an excellent communicator who knows how to listen and lead conversations • You thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment with structure and accountability • You’re coachable, growth-oriented, and hungry to improve • You can follow a proven system and bring your own authentic voice to it • You believe in ethical sales and would never push someone into a decision that’s not right for them.
