📋 Description

• Plan and execute product and feature launch campaigns (go-to-market) • Create content and campaigns in various formats, including emails, landing pages, blog posts, social media, webinars, and premium content assets • Support the sales and customer success teams with presentations, benchmarks, sales arguments, and ROI calculators • Create and develop customer success stories in video and written formats • Define the most effective product messaging for events and campaigns • Support speakers and leadership in developing presentations and narratives • Use AI to scale content production, support positioning and campaigns, and accelerate go-to-market execution • Collaborate with growth, design, and content teams to ensure consistency and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Marketing at B2B SaaS companies • Experience with product and feature launches • Knowledge of digital marketing and demand generation • Excellent communication and writing skills • Experience using AI in day-to-day work • Experience working with international markets (preferred, but not required) • Knowledge of copywriting and storytelling (preferred, but not required) • Experience with automation and AI tools (preferred, but not required) • Intermediate or advanced English and/or Spanish (preferred, but not required) • Experience with RD Station (preferred, but not required)
