📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery • Translate complex regulatory workflows into intuitive UI/UX, balancing usability with auditability • Work directly with customers to uncover needs, test assumptions, and validate concepts • Create and maintain design documentation, including component specs, UX requirements, and Figma-ready systems • Partner with PMs and engineers to ensure smooth handoffs, tight feedback loops, and thoughtful execution • Develop scalable design patterns across modules, with a strong focus on clarity, simplicity, and trust • Collaborate on the evolution of our product—crafting experiences that guide users through policies, controls, and risk decisions with confidence

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in highly regulated industries like fintech, healthtech, or enterprise security • Strong systems thinker—you can simplify complexity and bring coherence to multi-step workflows • Comfortable leading design in ambiguity—able to balance short-term needs with long-term vision • Skilled in Figma with an eye for detail and a love for clean, purposeful UI • Deep empathy for users and the patience to test, listen, iterate, and refine • Great collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams
