📋 Description

• Supports the day-to-day operations of the Veterinary Scholarship program. • Works closely with the Director, Scholarship Management to ensure successful implementation and alignment with ASPCA’s strategic goals. • Develops and implements the Scholars Network, building and sustaining a connected community of scholarship recipients and ASPCA training program alumni while tracking engagement. • Reports directly to the Director, Scholarship Management and has no direct reports. • Coordinating and managing virtual, live, and in-person event logistics. • Motivating scholars to actively participate in diverse offerings, including training and conferences. • Supporting the Director in day-to-day scholarship administration. • Collecting and summarizing participant feedback to assess engagement strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience required. • 2 years' experience providing virtual customer service by email, video and phone required. • Experience collecting and managing data sets required. • Experience planning and implementing virtual and in-person events required. • Experience with public speaking and preparing and giving presentations required. • Experience working in alumni relations, scholarship programs, volunteer management or other network management highly preferred. • Experience working with undergraduate or graduate students preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills and communication (oral, written, and listening) skills. • Ability to engage with a wide range of people, build positive relationships and communicate clearly in a remote environment. • Must be fluent in English.
