• Generate quotes, structure deals, and create/execute contracts. • Manage contract terms, amendments, renewals, and terminations. • Ensure contractual obligations flow accurately into downstream billing and revenue systems. • Support deal velocity, compliance, and translation of commercial intent into operational reality.
• 5+ years in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within SaaS, tech, or marketplace companies. • Strong knowledge of the contract lifecycle: quoting, pricing, deal structuring, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations. • Hands-on experience with CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Ironclad. • Experience with complex pricing models: volume-based, tiered, bundled, ramp, custom, and multi-year agreements. • Experience managing approval workflows, deal desk governance, and delegation frameworks. • Understanding of downstream billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition processes. • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams. • Knowledge of e-signature platforms and their integration with contract workflows.
• This is a remote position. • Must be fluent in English. • Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills. • Experience validating contract, pricing, and order data for troubleshooting and reporting.
