📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and enhance enterprise-level dashboards using Tableau, working with complex and sensitive datasets. • Perform analytical deep dives using Python – take a business question, drive it to insights, and deliver outcomes. • Apply basic statistical methods (approx. 10% of workload) to support data analysis and decision-making. • Own data cleaning and preparation tasks to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets for reporting and analysis. • Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake (or BigQuery) for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting. • Understand data flows from source systems to reporting, even when API automation is handled by Data Engineers. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver insights. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards and ad-hoc analyses. • Document data definitions, logic, and reporting processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the evolving needs of the project with flexibility and curiosity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role • Must-have skills: Python for analytical work (data cleaning, exploration, and insights) • Tableau for dashboard development and enterprise reporting • SQL for data querying and validation • Snowflake (or equivalent experience with BigQuery) • Python data cleaning (pandas or similar) • Strong ability to translate business questions into analysis plans and actionable results • Results-oriented with a proven track record of drawing meaningful conclusions from data • Experience working with complex and/or sensitive datasets (e.g., salary, HR data is a plus) • Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud environments • Basic understanding of statistics and when to apply it.
