📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows powering Indeed's Go-to-Market revenue engine • Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs, including EVO, Omnichannel, and lead assignment rules • Support AI SDR automation initiatives, including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, and webhook-based lead routing • Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase • Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver lead routing, assignment, and sales automation capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering • Strong proficiency in Java or Python (required) • Experience with REST API integration and webhook development • Salesforce platform development or API integration experience • Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems • Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA • Ability to work during US Central time (CDT/CST) core hours, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. CT • Experience with Salesforce Apex • Experience with Calendly API • Experience building AI-assisted sales tooling
