📋 Description
• Provide hands-on configuration, administration, and support across multiple Workday Financials modules • Independently manage production support activities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions • Gather business requirements from Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into scalable Workday solutions • Support priority business initiatives across different Financials domains as organizational needs evolve • Design, configure, and optimize Workday Financials solutions • Support enhancements, system optimizations, and continuous process improvement initiatives • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system defects with minimal business disruption • Collaborate with technical and functional teams on reporting, integrations, and platform enhancements • Contribute to strategic Finance transformation initiatives and future platform capabilities • Maintain documentation for configurations, business processes, and solution designs • Support stakeholders across U.S. time zones • Absorb workload across multiple Financials domains, reduce backlog, improve responsiveness, and deliver scalable solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday • Experience supporting both production support and project-based work • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities • Proven expertise across multiple Financials domains • Financial Accounting experience (highest priority) • Expenses and Business Assets experience • Banking & Settlement experience (secondary priority) • VNDLY experience is nice-to-have and not required
