📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Java-based services and data processing components • Build scalable solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and system integration • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions • Support system design, implementation, testing, and production operations • Improve the performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend and data services • Troubleshoot defects and production issues across application and data layers • Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience • Strong Java development skills • Experience working with data-oriented systems, ETL processes, or backend data services • Understanding of APIs, databases, and distributed application design • Strong analytical and debugging skills • Ability to work effectively in collaborative Agile teams • Ability to ramp into existing systems and contribute quickly • Strong delivery focus across application and data engineering work • Comfortable working in cross-functional engineering environments • Experience with Spark, Kafka, or large-scale data platform tools • Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and data pipeline operations • Experience supporting high-volume enterprise systems
