📋 Description
• Oversee & mentor school counselors providing clinical guidance. • Ensure counseling sessions meet standards for trauma-focused therapy. • Collaborate closely with leadership and partners to refine practices. • Help shape counselors’ skill sets with mentorship and training. • Monitor counselor progress and identify areas for training.
🎯 Requirements
• Active LPC license in good standing (required). • Prior clinical supervision experience (preferred) or demonstrated leadership. • Specialized training or strong background in trauma-focused therapy (highly preferred). • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings (a plus).
