📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth, successful start. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients (service, sales, and administrative leaders). • Manage strategic partnerships across Europe, ensuring alignment and shared success. • Act as the bridge between clients, partners, and internal product/technical teams ensuring feedback is communicated and actioned effectively. • Proactively manage client accounts, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for growth and product adoption. • Conduct training sessions, best-practice reviews, and optimization calls. • Collaborate with the development team to prioritize feature requests and resolve issues. • Support the rollout and adoption of the AI platform across dealership groups in Europe. • Educate clients and partners on AI-powered capabilities to drive engagement and confidence.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnership Management, or a similar client-facing role. • Native German speaker (written and verbal) with professional English proficiency. • Passionate about technology and AI, with a desire to contribute to an innovative, fast-evolving company. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively. • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts and partnerships simultaneously. • Strong collaboration skills with both external stakeholders and internal technical teams. • Experience in SaaS, automotive retail, or technology support is highly valued. • Contract role, candidate must be legally authorized to work in Austria. • Fully remote position within Austria.
