📋 Description

• Develop and maintain end-to-end features, working on both the front-end and back-end with autonomy and quality. • Participate in technical decisions and perform code reviews. • Support junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of code and team processes. • Implement features and fix medium- and high-complexity bugs, writing clean, testable, and well-documented code. • Develop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration) to ensure code quality. • Ensure that deliveries are versioned, tested, and documented before release. • Participate in the technical analysis of requests with the team and the Product Owner, contributing to architecture, technical, and business decisions. • Identify and report technical and process issues during the development cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in technology-related fields (Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering and related areas — completed or in progress). • Strong knowledge of Java and frameworks from the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, Security). • Solid experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3. • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and basic knowledge of non-relational databases. • Experience with Git (merge, rebase, pull request) and distributed version control tools. • Experience with CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins. • Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and unit and integration testing practices. • Basic knowledge of infrastructure (cloud, containers, CI/CD pipelines). • Autonomy to handle technical tasks and contribute to the evolution of the system architecture. • **Desired Competencies:** • Strong technical and interpersonal communication with the team and stakeholders. • Proactivity in identifying and resolving problems. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Ability to support the technical development of colleagues. • Interest in architectural patterns, system performance, and scalability. • Product mindset and focus on the end-user experience.
