📋 Description

• Develop IT strategies, IT solution roadmaps and portfolios for clients • Serve as consultant and liaison between business departments and IT • Capture, assess and prioritize business requirements • Analyze existing processes and IT structures to identify optimization potential • Support presales activities for digitalization projects • Lead workshops and training sessions and prepare topics methodically

🎯 Requirements

• Some practical experience in IT consulting or IT project management • Efficient analysis of processes and development of goal-oriented solutions • Strong IT affinity and a hands-on mentality • Clear communication, confident facilitation and persuasive presentation skills • Analytical thinking, teamwork and an independent, structured way of working • Fluent German language skills (at least C1) • Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science) or equivalent qualification • Willingness to travel when client appointments require it • Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
