📋 Description
• Own the customer relationship day-to-day • Lead onboarding calls and training sessions • Assist customers in building production-grade applications • Maintain a project board per customer • Respond quickly to customer support requests in Slack and dig into their code
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience • Must be able to point to at least five fully vibe-coded, productionized applications you've built • Solid grounding in system design and software architecture • Experience handling customer issues • Previous consulting or professional-services experience is a nice-to-have • Genuinely excited about AI and vibe coding
