📋 Description

• Build, extend, and optimize Java-based microservices • Model and manage NoSQL document databases • Define internal API contracts, adapters, and connectors • Implement production-ready infrastructure for data ingestion and retrieval • Architect backend services that support multi-step agentic flows • Deploy, configure, and customize the automation platform for customers • Debug production issues across stack and customer environments • Enhance platform observability

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of software engineering experience • Strong proficiency in Java • Experience with NoSQL document databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore, Couchbase) • Experience building or integrating workflow engines or enterprise automation systems • Working knowledge of Python • Solid understanding of LLM application structures • High Agency & Independent Execution • Thrives in a Startup Environment • Wears Multiple Hats Comfortably • Customer-Facing Technical Experience • Strong Documentation Culture
