📋 Description

• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle • Define compliance programs and work with Program Support teams to execute client milestones • Actively manage client relationships and lifetime value to preserve and grow revenue • Manage an assigned book of business and oversee Customer Health and performance metrics • Lead high-level strategic planning sessions including Executive Business Reviews • Conduct program reviews to assess needs, status, gaps and next steps • Analyze program results and supply chain responsiveness and identify improvement opportunities • Identify client goals and success metrics and ensure quality product configuration during implementation • Support Sales in renewal management of owned accounts • Take on special projects to improve customer success processes • Serve as a peer partner/mentor to new team members • Coordinate user permissions in the Assent platform with Platform Operations • Advocate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success, referrals and references • Work with Product Management to identify and drive product and process improvements • Input and maintain client communications in the CRM • Follow corporate security policies and established processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian • Additional languages considered an asset • Minimum of 3 years related work experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles • Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management roles • Experience working in a technology/SaaS and/or a Professional Services organization considered an asset • Solid Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and lookup functions) • Possess intermediate regulatory knowledge to consult with clients • Ability to manage CRM input and maintain up-to-date client communications • Familiarity with corporate security policies and ability to follow processes and procedures
