📋 Description
• Conducts comprehensive research, leveraging a variety of tools and resources • Supports the establishment of market best practices • Provides guidance to internal and external stakeholders • Reviews and optimizes process workflows • Supports Customer Success teams in the optimization of their programs • Develops and presents internal trainings and educational sessions for all teams • Creates samples and case studies for prospective customers • Manages the development and ongoing updates of reporting templates • Participates in industry events, speaking engagements, and conferences • Conducts gap assessments of Assent’s solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of practical experience related to product regulatory compliance, product stewardship or sustainability • Relevant post-secondary degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, Environmental Law, Design for Environment, or similar relevant field • Comprehensive understanding of product regulations and standards, processes, legislative frameworks • Solid understanding of compliance market dynamics and manufacturing practices • Familiarity with the Assent platform and similar regulatory compliance platforms is desirable • Strong research and analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong public speaking and presentation skills • Proven ability to contribute to professional content and participate in industry events • Superb collaboration and influencing skills • Willingness to operate in a highly revenue-driven environment • Highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines • Effective time management and organizational skills • Growth mindset with innate curiosity and pragmatic optimism
