• Review Affordable Housing applications for eligibility and compliance with regulations. • Review resident files within 24 hours of receipt. • Adhere to personnel manual policies and procedures. • Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and update procedures. • Attend TDHCA trainings annually; HCCP training within 2 years is mandatory. • Participate in tax credit reviews by outside entities. • Travel requirement of approximately 50% for property visits and training.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach. • Strong computer literacy skills essential, including RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software. • Housing Credit Certified Professional certification a plus; requirement to attend HCCP training within the first 2 years and pass the exam. • Knowledge of the HUD program is a plus. • Good verbal and written communication skills required.
