📋 Description

• Provide direct financial support to the CFO or Finance Manager, working independently on recurring finance tasks. • Manage and monitor bank account activity in coordination with finance leadership, maintaining accuracy and compliance. • Support recurring financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis as directed. • Identify and implement opportunities to automate finance processes using AI tools, such as invoicing, reconciliations, expense tracking, and recurring financial reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of finance experience, ideally gained supporting a CFO or finance manager directly. • Not an entry-level or recent graduate profile; must have sufficient business context to operate independently. • Demonstrated finance-specific skill set; this is a Financial Analyst function, not a generalist administrative role. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Strong finance skills may outweigh English fluency if the candidate is otherwise an exceptional fit.
