📋 Description

• Own data entry and reconciliation across all dashboards, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and updated on the agreed cadence. • Maintain and troubleshoot complex, formula-heavy, multi-tab spreadsheets. • Keep data entry and books organized and current across all LLCs. • Prepare and organize expense reports and financial data for submission to the 1099 bookkeeper ahead of the monthly QuickBooks close. • Coordinate with an Admin Assistant to receive timely inputs from team members across business units. • Support the creation and entry of complex sales orders with multi-layered commission structures. • Work directly with the General Manager to account for deals during the business day. • Potentially absorb some basic bookkeeper tasks over time; this is not required at hire.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Excel/spreadsheet fluency — comfortable inside complex, multi-tab, formula-driven files. • 2+ years of proven experience. • Able to troubleshoot formula errors using AI tools (e.g., Claude); no formal coding background required. • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and business units. • Strong written English. • High attention to detail; judged on daily accuracy, not speed.
