📋 Description
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads and shape AI/automation opportunities across industries. • Deliver compelling demos, prototypes, and workshops showcasing GenAI, conversational AI, and automation use cases. • Map client pain points to AI/ML and automation architectures that drive measurable business outcomes. • Create presales deliverables: solution designs, ROI/TCO models, architecture decks, and RFP/RFI responses. • Position AssistNow’s Assistly ITSM agent, Workday Extend apps, and Odoo ERP integrations with AI as the differentiator. • Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs, translating technical innovation into executive-level narratives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5–8 years in presales, solution engineering, or consulting with an emphasis on AI/automation. • Strong understanding of GenAI, conversational AI, IT process automation (ITPA), and ML-driven analytics. • Experience integrating AI into ERP, ITSM, or enterprise workflows. • Ability to develop and present ROI/value models for AI adoption. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
