• Lead and support configuration and implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation module including merit, bonus, and stock plans • Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support for compensation processes • Provide functional and technical expertise for annual compensation cycles, including process design and reporting • Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and recommend enhancements • Develop custom reports and dashboards to support compensation strategy and compliance.
• Workday Advanced Compensation Certification • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation • Strong understanding of U.S. compensation practices, policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., FLSA, equity, bonus plans) • Proven experience supporting compensation cycles within Workday • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills • Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields experience is a plus.
