📋 Description

• Configure and manage the Workday Benefits module for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA/HSA, 401(k), COBRA, and wellness plans. • Ensure compliance with U.S. benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, ERISA). • Design and maintain eligibility rules, event types, and enrollment flows in Workday. • Manage integrations with benefit carriers and third-party administrators (TPAs). • Support open enrollment, audits, testing, and system updates. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders on end-to-end benefits administration.

🎯 Requirements

• Workday Benefits Certification • Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Workday Benefits configuration and support • Deep understanding of U.S. employee benefits policies and compliance requirements • Experience with EDI file setup and troubleshooting • Strong communication and documentation skills • Familiarity with Workday Reporting tools and security setup is a plus.
